She provided constructive evaluation of our home so that we could address items that would put the house in best position to appeal to the broadest selling demographic, especially during late fall-not the optimum time for selling a house. Barrie skillfully helped us navigate the process from all aspects, including managing the sale, home marketing, pricing, and then helping us purchase our new home and negotiating with the seller and appraisal. Barrie took on our Brookline condo under very difficult circumstances. Our condo had only three units but the upstairs owner was not easy to work with. She was continually evasive about signing papers that were needed for the sale and in general put up barriers to a smooth transaction.
